Ideal location and very clean
Ideally located opposite Lake Taupo on a fairly busy road. We had front room but we did not hear a thing. Very clean and comfortable, had all the facilities we needed and we had a very restful stay. Would recommend.
Near the lake. Well equipped
Comfortable, clean and welcoming. Just across the road ( which could be busy at times) from the lake. We enjoyed a swim! Room was well equipped. Free access to laundry facilities much appreciated at this stage in our tour. Reasonable distance from restaurants and supermarkets, but driving easy, and there was a good coffee van over the road!
Good location with lake views
We stayed here for 2 nights. The service was great and the room was very nice with modern decor and a bit of a view over the lake (we didn't pay extra for a lake view room). The motel is about a 20 minute walk along the lakefront to the town centre, cafes and restaurants. Overall a good choice, definitely exceeded expectations.
Awesome Stay
Wonderful service upon arrival. Opened the door to unit 5 and honestly it was the best view over the lake and mountains I've seen. The unit itself had everything and ours had a huge spa bath. Great king size bed and everything you need for a few nights stay kitchenette etc. Funky little coffee cart on lakeside 50 meters from motel.
Great winter break
A relaxing mid winter break at this well equipped motel. Lovely lake view from our unit. Full kitchen - well equipped for us to cook dinner and enjoy the quiet. Heat pump worked well to warm the unit during a cold week. Beds were very comfortable. Welcoming staff.
